Lage kloksnelheid processor

  • Ik heb een dell inspiron 1721 laptop met een AMD turion 64 2x Mobile TL-58 1,90GHz processor. Hij draait op windows vista home premium. De laatste tijd was de laptop erg traag. Het viel op dat de kloksnelheid van de processor erg laag was namelijk maar 745MHz. Mijn vraag is wat is hier de oorzaak van en wat kan ik hieraan doen?   • Processors klokken terug als ze niet volledig belast worden. Volledig belast met bijvoorbeeld prime95 ligt de kloksnelheid vast aanmerkelijk hoger. http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft.htm Hoe definiëer je overigens traagheid? Al eens gecheckt op malware?
  • Ik wilde windows 7 op de computer installeren. Alleen Windows upgrade advisor zei dat de processor niet geschikt was omdat deze slechts 800MHz zou zijn. Zo kwam ik op de trage kloksnelheid van de processor. En ik dacht dat een reden kon zijn dat de computer ook zo traag was. Lang laden, opstarten enz. Ik heb ook op malware nageken maar programma's vonden niks. En ook in Hijack log heb ik niks gevonden. Voor zover ik er verstand van heb tenminste.
  • ga naar configuratiescherm, energiebeheer en kies voor hoge prestatie's. werkte bij mij.
