  • Ik wist niet precies waar ik dit moest plaatsen maar dit leek mij wel de best plek. Ik zit met het volgende probleem: ik wil een dedicated server voor Medal of Honer opstarten gewoon vanaf mij eigen pc niks kopen. dus ik ging zoeken, het is me gelukt om de server op te bouwen maar het probleem is dat ik alleen van het local network er op kan envan buitenaf niet, ik heb mij poorten geopend en van de Thomson speedtouch 780 (modem) en van mij firewall. en nu is het nog steeds dat een vriend van mij via het ip niet er op kan wat moet ik doen zou het fijn vinden om al vandaag antwoord te krijgen :wink: .

  • ik wil nog wat toevoegen ik heb avast antivirus als je mij vraagt zit daar ook een firewall in maar die kan ik niet vinden weet iemand dat?
    maar hier ligt het niet aan want als ik hem uitzet doet die het als nog niet

  • Wellicht weten mensen niet hoe of wat dus dan kan men moeilijk antwoord geven ;)

    Je moet de poorten wel forwarden naar het IP van je pc he, met NAT setup oid.

  • Het poort forwarden doe je bij de NAT setup, dus als je "gelooft" dat je dat gedaan hebt… controlleer het nog eens ;)

  • Als ik het goed heb is moh=sof2 dus dan zou ik ff je ip instellen in de cfg. Je kunt 2 dingen proberen

    1) je lokale ip opgeven als extern ip
    2) je extern ip opgeven als extern ip (zie www.watismijnip.nl)

    Bij mij persoonlijk werkte optie 1 altijd het beste. Je kunt ook in de console kijken vd server of je antwoord krijgt van de master servers. Als je modem DMZ heeft zet dat dan tijdelijk even aan.

    Uninstall je game.
    Verwijder handmatig de overblijvende game mappen.
    Installeer je game.
    Update je game.
    Start de server zonder al te veel aan te passen aan de cfg.

    blijkbaar wel :s. Hij zoekt toch echt een custom.cfg heb je misschien een file van het internet gedownload?
  • ik zal in iedergeval even download tot de laatste patch :P
  • Gaat in dit geval niet helpen… hij zoekt naar een modificatie nu. Had je bij reinstall wel handmatig je gamemap verwijderd? anders blijven je addons staat. Deze verzamel je tijdens het spelen…
